1. When operating, the road roller should be started before vibrating. The internal combustion engine should be initially set to medium speed and then adjusted to high speed.

2. When changing gears or reversing direction, the machine should be stopped first, and the internal combustion engine speed should be reduced during gear changes.

3. Vibration of the road roller on solid ground is strictly prohibited.

4. When compacting soft roadbeds, compact 1-2 times without vibration before vibrating.

5. The vibration frequency should be consistent during compaction. For adjustable vibratory rollers, the vibration frequency should be adjusted before operation; the vibration frequency must not be adjusted without vibration activation.

6. Adjustments to the reversing clutch, vibration activation clutch, and brakes should be made after the main clutch is disengaged.

7. High gear should not be used when going uphill or downhill. High gear is strictly prohibited when making sharp turns, including when articulated vibratory rollers are making small turns in circles.

8. Vibration should not be engaged when the road roller is traveling at high speed.

9. When stopping the machine, first stop the vibration, then put the reversing mechanism in the middle position, put the transmission in neutral, and finally pull up the handbrake lever. After the internal combustion engine idles for a few minutes, turn it off.
