As an enhanced and upgraded version of the traditional standard loader, it is positioned to "expand operational boundaries, improve efficiency, and adapt to complex working conditions." The extended arm offers a larger working radius, enabling long-distance unloading, stacking, wall-side stacking, and side-loading/unloading operations without frequent vehicle repositioning; it provides greater operational flexibility in confined spaces and within material piles, reducing unnecessary vehicle movement.

Significant improvement in task efficiency

No auxiliary equipment (bulldozer, elevated platform, or crane coordination) is required. The entire process-including high-position loading, stacking, and material feeding-is completed in a single operation. Each vehicle can independently execute these tasks, significantly reducing cycle time and greatly enhancing overall loading and stacking efficiency.

Multi-functional compatibility for broader scenario coverage
The loader supports rapid attachment switching, allowing flexible installation of various attachments such as standard buckets, grain buckets, wood grabbers, forks, and rock buckets. It is suitable for handling, loading/unloading, and stacking various materials including bulk goods, grains, timber, pallets, and ores, significantly improving equipment utilization efficiency. The boom length can be customized to user requirements, extending 1.5–3 m beyond the standard length, with a maximum unloading height of 5.3 m. An optional three-section telescopic boom with outriggers provides an unloading height of up to 9 m, enabling precise operation in high-altitude environments like high-rail freight cars, large silos, and ship holds. The machine can be configured with engine emissions, bucket capacity, and tires tailored to specific operating environments such as ports, mines, and grain warehouses, making it suitable for harsh conditions including high temperatures, dust, and slippery surfaces. Its operational versatility far exceeds that of conventional standard loaders.

Transportation and Delivery

Implementation of terms such as EXW/FOB/CIF, adaptable to both complete units and individual components, with options including sea, rail, or road transport. The service covers the entire process-from packaging and customs clearance to logistics, delivery, and after-sales support-using standard containers (20GP/40HQ) and fixed-structure complete units.

Payment Terms

Payment is only accepted via telegraphic transfer (T/T). Production will commence upon receipt of a 30% deposit. Upon completion of the unit manufacturing, successful trial operation, and submission of actual photos and videos of the finished unit, the customer shall pay the remaining 70% balance.

Lifetime technical support with remote video assistance; lifetime access to spare parts; only spare part fees are charged after the warranty period.
