Multiple rounds of flexible compaction result in a more durable pavement structure
Unlike traditional steel wheel rollers that deliver rigid impacts, the Fiest tire roller employs a unique multi-wheel configuration to achieve "rubbing compaction" of asphalt materials, ensuring both high road surface density and excellent smoothness.
The front 4 and rear 5 tire configuration features a compact tire assembly composed of nine large rubber tires. This design enables adaptive deformation to road surface undulations, ensuring uniform compaction across the entire cross-section. It effectively eliminates defects such as pushing, cracking, and pitting commonly caused by steel tire compaction, significantly enhancing the permeability resistance and skid resistance of asphalt pavements.

A fully hydraulic transmission system with continuously variable speed, achieving a maximum speed of 14 km/h. The steering is smooth and impact-free, meeting the operational requirements of various construction phases.
The front 4 and rear 5 tire configuration (totaling 9 tires) ensures uniform ground pressure and adapts to road surface undulations, achieving a "rubbing compaction" effect. This effectively eliminates defects such as pushing, cracking, and pitting commonly caused by steel wheel compaction, thereby enhancing the asphalt pavement's impermeability and skid resistance.
The working load can be flexibly adjusted between 10 tons (without counterweight) and 16 tons (with counterweight), suitable for compaction operations of various materials including AC-13/AC-20/SMA asphalt mixtures, cement/lime-stabilized soils, sand and gravel, and clay.
With a compaction width of 2280 mm, the system offers high operational efficiency and significantly reduces construction duration.
With a 30% (approximately 16.7°) climbing capability, it effortlessly navigates steep slopes, curves, and slippery surfaces, ensuring smooth operation on construction sites with uneven roadbeds.
With a minimum turning radius of 7,500 mm and a compact body design, it enables flexible and convenient U-turns and site transfers.
The unit measures 4780×2100×3200 mm, featuring a compact design that facilitates easy transportation and storage.
