Small Indoor Excavator

The machine body has been specially optimized, measuring only 1.1–1.3 m in width and 1.8–2.3 m in height, allowing it to easily pass through standard indoor doorways and elevators. It is suitable for confined spaces such as narrow corridors, basements, and small shops without requiring any component disassembly-enabling direct on-site operation and effectively addressing the industry challenge of "large machines being unable to enter while small ones being unsuitable." Featuring a retractable chassis design, its width can be flexibly adjusted according to the working space: when retracted, it fits into ultra-narrow passages; when extended, it ensures operational stability, balancing mobility with safety while enabling smooth movement within tight spaces.

Equipped with a custom-designed silent engine and a noise-reducing hydraulic system, the operation noise is kept below 60 decibels-significantly lower than industry standards for indoor operations. This effectively prevents construction noise from disturbing residents and office workers, completely eliminating complaints about disturbance. The system is ideal for continuous operation in enclosed, noise-sensitive environments such as residential areas, office buildings, and shopping malls. Featuring fully hydraulic control, the system ensures precise and smooth operation with micro-motion precision. Equipped with a zero-tail rotation design, the tail remains within the track range during rotation, ensuring wall-contact operations without collision and enabling 360° free rotation without blind spots. This allows efficient and accurate operations even in confined spaces, making it easy for beginners to operate.

The machine's total weight is controlled between 0.8 and 3.5 tons, featuring a lightweight body design paired with anti-slip, wear-resistant rubber tracks. It requires no base pads and can operate directly on indoor surfaces such as tiles, wood floors, and marble without scratching or damaging the floor, eliminating additional repair costs post-installation. With its low center of gravity, the machine offers excellent stability during operation, enabling smooth performance on uneven indoor surfaces while completely preventing tipping over and ensuring construction safety.
